Technical responsibilities:
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Requirement and scope of work understanding and writing
- Collaborate seamlessly with remote teams

Technical Skills:
- Expert in the cloud services on the following AWS, GCP, Azure
- Proficient with git and git workflows
- Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
- Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
- Configuration and managing SQL/NOSQL databases● Experience working with OpenStack, Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Docker and Microsoft Azure . GCP, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with OpenStack, Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Docker, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS and version control repositories such as Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab

Education Criteria:
- B.E. / B.Tech /MSCIT / MCA – Computer or IT engineering
